Firefly Inclusion Solutions is a values-driven diversity, equity and inclusion firm fueled by a passion for collaborating with organizations to achieve courageous growth and change. We are an organization that designs frameworks, programming and strategies that facilitate individual and organizational culture change that produces anti-racist organizations. We use research to create design experiences that build culture from the inside-out and from the outside-in.  

We help leaders transform themselves and their organizations into more diverse, equitable and inclusive companies, products, and experiences. Key areas of expertise include developing high-impact interventions, auditing systems, identifying and disrupting blind spots, executing on leadership and organizational commitments to anti-racism, driving culture change and facilitating transformation.
