At Firefly Inclusion Solutions, we believe Black Lives Matter. We stand in solidarity with individuals and communities fighting against systemic racism. Beyond solidarity, this fight also requires long term investments in communities, ideas and people. Firefly will invest 10% of profits to organizations such as:

• Investing in Communities: Black Futures Lab transforms Black communities into constituencies that change the way power operates—locally, statewide and nationally.

• Investing in Ideas: Did you know that less than 10% of all venture capital deals go to women, People of Color, and LGBTQ+ founders? Fuerza Ventures invests in private technology companies with pre-money valuations less than or equal to $10M (USD) that are founded and led by BIPOCs (Black, Indigenous, People of Color).

• Investing in People: Refugee Women's Alliance is a non-profit, multi-ethnic organization that promotes inclusion, independence, personal leadership, and strong communities. ReWA advocates for social justice, public policy changes, and equal access to services while respecting cultural values and the right to self-determination. La Casa Norte serves youth and families confronting homelessness. They deliver comprehensive services that act as a catalyst to transform lives and communities.

In line with our value for authentic voices, Firefly is deeply committed to the amplification and promotion of Black and Brown voices leading the charge in dismantling white supremacy, promoting radical healing, and facilitating personal transformation. Finally, anti-racism work has to start with each of us as individuals. By this we mean the ability to examine, carefully and honestly, our own history, family, fears, biases, decisions and inactions. In the words of Maya Angelou, “history, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again.” Our efforts can no longer be about feeling better; they have to be about doing better.
