Felicia Scott, Managing Partner - New York, NY

Recognized as a strategic motivator and mentor, Felicia emphasizes using emotional intelligence to drive change, solve problems and achieve results. Her strengths include leveraging coaching as a tool for leading challenging conversation on race, white supremacy culture, and the power and responsibility of an ally. Felicia is the lead facilitator for Firefly’s anti-racism curriculum and creator of R”ALLY” to Action™, a multi-day intensive on building a culture of allyship.

In her ten years working with Fortune 500 executives, business leaders and entrepreneurs she has taught her clients how to utilize emotional intelligence and effective communication skills to strategically navigate the uncomfortable and sometimes intercultural issues that are a part of an increasingly global workforce.

A Miami native now residing in New York, Coach Felicia holds an M.Ed in Adult & Organizational Learning from Northeastern University, with a concentration in Distance Learning.  She also holds various coaching certifications. She is also certified to deliver the EQi2.0 assessment and tailors coaching and training development plans to address developmental needs, while leveraging strengths.  Her BA is in Sociology from New York University.
