Nandi Shareef Ph.D, Transformational Coach & Lead Facilitator - Hampton, VA

Dr. Nandi Shareef is an award-winning transformational trainer and coach. She is a trusted partner and collaborator at Firefly Inclusion Solutions and serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Shareef Group, a boutique speaking and coaching firm that ignites the gifts and talents of global leaders to create a transformed world.

In the corporate world, Dr. Nandi facilitates transformational leadership development and trains and coaches high-tech and non-profit leaders. Some of her corporate clients include Genentech, Own the Room, AirBnB, Facebook, Google, and the Anti-recidivism Coalition.

Dr. Nandi served as Head of the People Development Center of Excellence at Uber, where she co-led efforts to transform the group into a product organization, pioneered the tech giant’s first internal coaching system, and spearheaded the company’s inaugural manager onboarding program. She previously worked as People & Change Advisory Manager and Senior Consultant for KPMG US, as the Learning & Development Manager for The Landings Club, and as the Director of Huntington Learning Centers.

After graduating college at the age of 19, Dr. Nandi received an MBA from Hampton University and continued on to earn a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, authoring a dissertation on how gifted adults survive in today’s workplace. She is a professional certified coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a certified practitioner and administrator of Insights Discovery and the Integrative Enneagram (IEQ9).

As a passionate advocate for humanity, she delivers women’s leadership retreats in Africa and travels there each year to support women and teenage girls in their professional endeavors. In addition, Dr. Nandi leads large and small group transformation coaching experiences for community leaders across the Bay Area as a volunteer with Aiming High, Incorporated. She is a member of The Millennial 100 and is featured in NYT Bestseller Dan Schawbel’s book, Back to Human. In 2013, she received the first-ever “One to Watch” Award from the International Association for Talent Development.
